These Terms govern all services offered by Amana Pickle Dome, including but not limited to court rentals, open play sessions, coaching and lessons, memberships, corporate bookings, tournaments, and equipment rentals.

Any new features, tools, court types, programmes, or services added to the facility or platform shall also be subject to these Terms.

100% upfront payment:

All reservations must be paid in full at the time of booking. No “pay-on-site” or “partial deposit” options are available for standard bookings.

Booking increments:

Courts are booked in minimum one (1) hour increments unless otherwise stated for a specific programme or promotion.

Court capacity:

To ensure safety and quality of play, a maximum of ten (10) players is allowed per court for any one-hour booking or open play session.

Confirmation:

Your booking is only secured once the payment transaction is successful. An automated booking confirmation and digital invoice will be sent to the email address provided at checkout. Please present this confirmation at the front counter upon arrival.

Late arrival:

Court time begins at the scheduled start time. Late arrival does not extend the booked slot, and no extension will be granted where a subsequent booking exists.

Accepted payment methods:

All transactions are processed securely through our accredited payment gateway. We accept e-wallets (GCash, Maya, GrabPay) and Visa, Mastercard, and JCB credit or debit cards.

All court rental rates are quoted per court, per hour, in Philippine Pesos, and are inclusive of the system and payment gateway fees. Rates vary by day of the week and by time of day.

Holiday and peak periods:

Bookings falling on Philippine regular holidays, special non-working days, and declared peak periods are charged at the prevailing Friday–Sunday (weekend) rate, regardless of the actual day of the week. Designated peak periods are published on our website and official channels in advance where practicable.

Price modifications:

Amana Pickle Dome reserves the right to adjust rates for court rentals, open play, rentals, coaching, memberships, and other services at any time without prior notice. Price changes will not affect bookings that have already been fully paid and confirmed before the adjustment takes effect.

Promotions:

Promotional offers are valid only within the timeframes stated in the campaign and are subject to court availability. Unless expressly stated otherwise, they cannot be combined with any other discount, membership benefit, or corporate rate. We may conclude a campaign once the promotional limit is reached or the stated end date has passed.

Open play sessions are organised, level-based social play sessions hosted by Amana Pickle Dome. Participants are rotated by the session facilitator to ensure balanced and inclusive play. Sessions are offered at Beginner, Low Intermediate, and High Intermediate levels; the rate per player per session is shown when you book.

Slot reservation:

Open play slots are limited and allocated on a first-paid, first-served basis. A slot is only reserved once payment has been completed.

Level integrity:

Players must register for the session matching their actual skill level. We reserve the right to reassign or decline participation where a player’s level is materially inconsistent with the session, in the interest of safety and fair play. No refund is issued in such cases; where possible, the player will be offered a transfer to an appropriate session subject to availability.

Facilitator authority:

The session facilitator has final authority over rotations, court assignments, game formats, and player conduct during the session.

Punctuality:

Sessions begin at the published start time. Late arrivals join the rotation as available and are not entitled to extended play time or any refund.

Cancellation by us:

Where a session fails to reach its minimum participant count or is cancelled by Amana Pickle Dome, affected players will be offered a transfer to another session or a facility credit.

Availability:

Rental equipment is subject to availability and is not guaranteed unless reserved and paid for in advance.

Condition on release:

Renters are responsible for inspecting equipment before use. Accepting the equipment constitutes acknowledgement that it was received in serviceable condition.

Care and return:

All rented equipment must be returned to the front counter immediately at the end of the session, in the same condition in which it was received, ordinary wear and tear excepted.

Damage and loss:

The renter is liable for the full replacement cost of any equipment that is lost, not returned, or damaged beyond ordinary wear and tear. Replacement costs are assessed at prevailing retail value and are payable before the renter leaves the premises.

Prohibited use:

Rental paddles and balls may only be used inside the facility and for their intended purpose. Throwing, striking surfaces other than the ball, or removing equipment from the premises is prohibited.

Personal equipment:

Players using their own equipment do so at their own risk. Amana Pickle Dome accepts no liability for damage to, or loss of, personal equipment.

We offer special rates and packages for corporate clients, organisations, schools, and large groups. Corporate arrangements are subject to the following guidelines and to a separate written agreement or confirmed quotation.

Eligibility:

Corporate rates are available to registered companies, institutions, and organised groups booking a minimum block of courts or hours as specified in the applicable quotation.

Written quotation required:

Corporate rates apply only where a written quotation or booking agreement has been issued and countersigned by an authorised representative of Amana Pickle Dome. Verbal quotations are not binding.

Validity:

Each quotation states its own validity period, court block, dates, inclusions, and rate. Rates outside a valid quotation revert to standard published rates.

Payment terms:

Unless expressly agreed otherwise in writing, corporate bookings follow the 100% upfront payment policy. Where credit or invoicing terms are extended, they are set out in the written agreement and are subject to a signed purchase order.

Non-transferable:

Corporate rates apply only to the named client and the specific event or block booked. They may not be transferred, resold, or extended to third parties, and cannot be combined with promotional offers, membership discounts, or open play pricing.

Conduct and liability:

The corporate client is responsible for the conduct of all its attendees and guests, and for any damage to the facility caused by them. All attendees must comply with these Terms and execute the waiver in Section 10.

Exclusive use:

Requests for exclusive or whole-facility use are quoted separately and require advance booking and a deposit as stated in the quotation.

No-shows:

Failure to arrive for a scheduled slot results in total forfeiture of the booking fee.

Cancellation by the customer:

Customer-initiated cancellations do not attract a refund, in whole or in part, regardless of notice given.

Rescheduling:

We may, at our sole discretion, allow rescheduling in cases of facility closure due to force majeure — including typhoons, flooding, earthquakes, power interruption beyond our control, civil disturbance, or government-mandated shutdowns. Where rescheduling is not practicable, a facility credit valid for ninety (90) days may be issued in lieu of a refund.

Cancellation by us:

Where we cancel a confirmed booking for reasons within our control, you will be offered a rescheduled slot or a facility credit of equivalent value.

Footwear:

Only clean, non-marking indoor court shoes are permitted on the playing surface. Outdoor shoes, slippers, sandals, and bare feet are not allowed on court.

Food and drink:

No food, coloured beverages, or alcohol are permitted on the courts. Water in sealed or spill-proof containers is allowed.

Smoking and vaping:

Strictly prohibited anywhere within the facility, in compliance with applicable ordinances.

Respect and sportsmanship:

Abusive language, aggressive behaviour, harassment, discrimination, or intimidation of any player, guest, or staff member will not be tolerated.

Staff instructions:

Instructions from Amana Pickle Dome staff and facilitators regarding safety, court usage, and conduct must be followed at all times.

Personal belongings:

We are not responsible for the loss of or damage to personal belongings. Items left behind are held for thirty (30) days and disposed of thereafter.

Facility damage:

Any person who damages the facility, courts, nets, fixtures, or equipment is liable for the full cost of repair or replacement.

Right of refusal:

We reserve the right to refuse entry to, or remove from the premises without refund, any person who breaches these Terms, behaves unsafely, or is under the influence of alcohol or prohibited substances.

Photography and media:

We may capture photographs and video within the facility for promotional purposes. By entering the premises, you consent to your likeness appearing in such material. You may withdraw consent by written notice to us, and we will make reasonable efforts to avoid or remove your likeness from future material.

All players participate in pickleball and other facility activities at their own risk. Pickleball is a physically demanding sport that carries inherent risks, including but not limited to slips, falls, collisions, sprains and fractures, equipment-related injuries, heat exhaustion, cardiac events, and other hazards.

Assumption of risk:

Each participant accepts full responsibility for any injury, loss, or damage — including damage to personal property — that may result from use of the facility, whether arising from their own actions, the actions of other players, or unforeseen circumstances.

Waiver and release:

To the fullest extent permitted by law, players and visitors waive all rights to make any claim against Amana Pickle Dome, its owners, directors, officers, employees, agents, coaches, or contractors for any personal injury, illness, property damage, or other loss suffered while on the premises, regardless of cause, including negligence or breach of statutory duty.

Exclusion of liability:

Amana Pickle Dome shall not be liable for any death or personal injury unless caused by its gross negligence or wilful misconduct. We are not liable for injury or damage caused by other players, third parties, environmental conditions, or faulty personal equipment.

Medical fitness:

Players are responsible for ensuring that they are medically fit to participate. We do not provide medical supervision or assessment and accept no liability for any health-related issue arising during or after facility use. Players with known medical conditions are strongly encouraged to consult a physician before participating and to disclose relevant conditions to staff.

Minors (under 18):

Minors may participate only when accompanied by a parent or guardian. A parent or guardian must sign a hard copy of the Release and Waiver of Liability at the front counter prior to the minor’s participation. Failure to provide a signed waiver will result in the minor being unable to participate. The parent or guardian assumes all risks and obligations set out in this agreement.

Indemnity:

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Amana Pickle Dome against any claim, loss, liability, or expense arising from your breach of these Terms, your negligence, or your misuse of the facility.

Account registration:

Creating an account is optional. You may book as a guest.

Data usage:

Information collected (name, email address, mobile number) is used solely to process your booking, issue your digital invoice, send booking confirmations and operational notices, and — where you have opted in — send promotional updates.

Data protection:

We comply with the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173). We do not store full card details or e-wallet credentials; these are handled securely by our accredited payment gateway.

Your rights:

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data by contacting us using the details in Section 13.

The Amana Pickle Dome name, logo, tagline, website content, images, and all associated branding are the property of Amana Pickle Dome and are protected under Philippine intellectual property law. No part may be reproduced, distributed, or used commercially without our prior written consent.

Amendments:

We reserve the right to update or amend these Terms at any time. The version published on our website at the time of your booking governs that booking. Continued use of the facility or platform after any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Severability:

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful or unenforceable, that provision shall be severed and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

Governing law:

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any legal action arising from these Terms shall be settled exclusively in the proper courts of Davao City, Philippines.
